6. Paipkan atas dulang. Spray sedikit air atas doh untuk membantu doh naik kembang.
7. Bakar dalam oven dengan suhu 170 selama 25-30 minit atau hingga keperangan.
8. Sejukkan sebelum dimasukkan inti.

Inti kastad:
500 ml susu
75 gm tpg jagung
2 biji kuning telur
1 sudu teh esen vanilla.

Cara:
1. Campur semua bahan kecuali telur dan didihkan hingga kental.
2. Ambil 2 sudu makan adunan dan campurkan dengan kuning telur, kemudian campurkan semula ke dalam adunan asal.
3. Gaul rata.

Untuk isikan inti dalam puff, potong puff (jgn putus) dan paipkan inti ditengah2. Siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ni la rupanya makanan kegemaran Doraemon. Dorayaki. saya bubuh inti coklat dan peanut butter.

Dorayaki

Bhn2
2 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan gula halus
1 sudu kecil baking soda
4 sudu besar air/susu segar
6 biji telur
Inti (kacang merah, choc, peanut butter, kaya)

Cara:
1. Larutkan baking soda dengan air/susu segar. Ketepikan.
2. Pukul telur dan gula hingga kembang.
3. Masukkan campuran baking soda dan tepung ke dalam adunan telur. kacau sebati.
4. Panaskan kuali leper dan lengser dengan sedikit minyak. tuang adunan dalam kuali lebih kurang 1 sudu besar untuk membentuk lempeng kecil (pancake). terbalikkan bila buih timbul di permukaan kuih.
5. Masak hingga habis adunan.
6. Bila sejuk, sapu inti pilihan di tengah dan tangkupkan dua.
(Aduna ni jadi banyak, so boleh buat 1/2 sahaja)

Semalam kenduri punya menu buat ikan mayong asam pedas + terung, sambal udang, telur dadar. 2nd day pulak, ayam goreng + salad, sambal belacan +mangga, tulang talang masin masak lemak nenas. Penat buat prep kenduri ni... kejar sana sini, ada aja barang yg tak cukup.

Nampak sedap jugak... ala ala dalcar le gitu kot, kena pulak daging tetel. Aku pernah makan ni sekali, ada orang sini buat kat melaka tapi umbut pisang tu tak banyak sangat sampai litup sekuali.

Yang ini masak kari bro... kita kat Melaka boh ubi kentang... dia punya ramuan serbuk kari yang dicampur dengan bawang hiris, air asam, santan kelapa dan rias pisang (bahagian dalam pada batang pisang). tumis2 gitu mcm kat rumah... itu aje...
