Seperti yang dijanjikan.

Lepas ni tak payahlah beli ais krim lagi. Yang bestnya, tak payah
guna ice cream maker pun. AIS KRIM COKLAT



Bahan
1 cawan fresh cream sejuk

1 cawan air sejuk [dari peti sejuk]
3 s/b gula
halus/kastor
3 s/b susu tepung
1 s/b serbuk koko
2
s/b coklat rice


Bahan hiasan
[terpulang pada cita rasa]
manik warna warni


Caranya
1. Putar fresh cream, gula dan air sejuk sehingga gebu.
2.
Masukkan susu tepung dan koko perlahan sambil diputar sehingga gebu
lagi.
3. Masukkan coklat rice dan gaulkan rata.
4.
Masukkan adunan dalam bekas dan simpan dalam peti sejuk [freezer]
semalaman.
5. Sudukan ice-cream yg telah beku kedalam mangkuk
dan hiaskan mengikut citarasa sendiri.

leena, mada cuba buat dulu ikut resepi dalam internet cuma rasa ada, tekstur ais krim tu agak kasar. Terlebih air ke, kitorang siap masukkan putih telur punya powder... ish ish, putar mmg dah cun dia punya naik nampak macam gebu, tapi bila masuk frezeer dia kecut balik serupa macam air batu campur aja.

Kena buat post mortem ni. Yang saya buat tu, tekstur tak der la sehalus ais krim walls or magnolia tapi still smooth dan tak kecut pun bila dikeluarkan dari freezer.

Boleh try camni, masukkan dalam freezer about 1-2 hours then keluarkan. Putar lagi sekali sampai kembang. then, refregerate for one nite.

resepi karipap pusing
]KARIPAP PUSING

Bahan-bahan:

1. Doh minyak
300gm tepung gandum
secubit garam
1/4 cawan minyak masak
1/2 cawan air suam

* Campurkan secubit garam ke dalam tepung. Curahkan minyak masak
dan gaul mesra tepung dengan hujung jari. Sedikit demi sedikit masukkan
air sambil tangan terus menguli sehingga mendapat doh yg tidak melekit
di tangan


2. Doh marjerin
150gm tepung gandum
100gm marjerin... tambah sedikit demi sedikit sehingga mendapat doh yg tak melekit di tangan.

Inti kentang
4 biji ubi kentang, dipotong kiub
1 biji bawang besar, dipotong halus
2 ulas bawang putih, dipotong halus
3 sudu besar serbuk kari
1 pelepah daun kari
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
Daun bawang dan daun sup secukupnya, dimayang halus (jarang bubuh sbb anak tak suka)

* Tumiskan bawang, masukkan serbuk kari dan tambahkan sedikit air utk mengelakkan tumisan hangus. masukkan ubi kentang. Tambahkan air sehingga secukupnya merendam kentang. Masakkan sehingga keledek lembut. Perasakan dengan garam dan gula. Masukkan daun daun bawang & daun sup, kacau sebentar dan tutup api.
